Sharpe Products, an ISO 9001:2008 registered company and a provider of custom pipe and tube bending and metal fabrication for industrial and commercial applications, has added a Unison 76mm Breeze all electric bender to its production capabilities.
This machine can bend pipe and tube up to 3-1/2” O.D. and adds to the range of pipe bending services onsite, Unison CNC 76mm and the Unison CNC 130mm bender. All machines have multi-radius stacking and rolling capabilities. These machines provide high accuracy and repeatability, reduced set-up times, and reduced scrap, all of which greatly reduce the customers’ costs and provide an environmentally-responsible solution.
The Unison bender provides multi-radius capabilities and tube generation. In addition, the newly installed Unison tube bender also has hole punching capabilities and is equipped with a tube loader making the set-up and bending process more time and cost-efficient.
