Sharpe Products offers advanced freeform tube and pipe bending using two Nissin freeform benders capable of producing continuous, flowing bends and highly complex geometries that conventional bending methods cannot achieve.
Unlike traditional rotary draw bending, freeform bending continuously forms the tube as it moves through the machine. This allows for multiple back-to-back radii with no straight sections between bends, giving engineers and designers greater flexibility in part design.

Freeform Bending Capabilities
Our Nissin freeform bending machines are capable of bending:
- Tube sizes from 0.75" OD through 2-3/8" OD
- Radii of 3x CLR or greater, depending on tube diameter and wall thickness
- Multiple continuous radii in a single part
- Complex shapes with smooth transitions and minimal fabrication
